What is a Reiki Share?

A Reiki Share is a time when people who have learned Reiki come together and give each other Reiki treatments.  Often the treatments are given to the person receiving by more than one person at once, which is a wonderful experience.

Reiki Shares give Reiki students an opportunity to practice Reiki on each other and also, most importantly, to receive a wonderful Reiki treatment for themselves.

People who have not yet learned Reiki are also welcome to come along, so that they can experience Reiki and meet other people who are already practising.  They will also, of course, receive some Reiki treatment!

My Reiki shares are also an opportunity to ask questions and review the hand positions I teach. It is a good way to stay connected - or re-connect - with your Reiki practice and also give you an opportunity to receive constructive feedback as you are treating others

At my Reiki shares I request that students use the basic hand positions as I teach them and that we normally work with hands in contact with the body.  We generally practice in silence, although I occasionally play some music.  There is time for chat, questions and sharing at the beginning and end of the session.

I currently hold my Reiki Shares in Birmingham and Ludlow. 

I request that people contact me the week before at the latest to let me know they are intending to come - so that I know how many people to expect and can prepare accordingly.

Birmingham:

At Central England College, Kings Heath, Birmingham.

Normally on 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7.00 pm

and on 4th Thursday of the month at 11.00 am

Ludlow:

Normally on 1st Tuesday of the month at 7.00 pm
